RIBELLI Zürich

Lovers of Italian pizza, sausages, and antipasti will find a little piece of Italy in the west of Zurich: the RIBELLI  restaurant, housed in the 25hours Hotel Zürich West, is located just a stone’s throw from the Museum für Gestaltung.

The restaurant focuses on the in-house salumeria and, of course, the pizza oven. Antipasti platters are lovingly prepared by the salumieri, while the pizzaiolo fulfils all his guests' wishes. In addition to pizza, the RIBELLI also serves oven-baked dishes such as lasagne and parmigiana, as well as pasta classics - just like mamma makes them.

The delicious food is complemented by a choice of Italian wines. But beer lovers will also find a small but first-class selection of craft beers ‒ for example, from the Veneto, Lombardy, or Tuscany regions of Italy.
