Here, oriental opulence meets Asian temple food. Consistently vegan and organic.
In the multicultural Kreis 5 district
The Maison Blunt is now presenting itself in a brand new look: the restaurant complete with tearoom and garden offers radically vegan cuisine.
Behind this new concept is the renowned Swiss vegan chef, Lauren Wildbolz, who now serves so-called “meseki” at the Maison Blunt. This invented term is a combination of the oriental meze and Japanese kaiseki cuisine.
On offer are many small bowls full of vegan delicacies, which are not only wonderful to look at, but also have a particularly intense flavor. And with dishes like “Planted Chicken” – a chicken substitute based on peas –guests have the opportunity to try meat-free alternatives.
Due to the constantly changing Covid 19 measures, it is currently impossible to keep all opening hours on the zuerich.com website up to date. Therefore, please check the website of the respective businesses or institutions before visiting a restaurant, shopping or museum.
