Contemporary Swissness is the main theme in every area of the "le chalet" restaurant. First-class service combined with ambitious menu items are given top priority. Top-quality, sustainable products from Switzerland are used exclusively. We also serve heritage Angus roast beef from a trolley (a speciality) as part of a light lunch.
The wine list features wines from traditional and new wine-growing regions, although an emphasis is placed on premium Swiss wines.
The name "chalet" is also developed as a theme in the restaurant's design and interior decorating. The modern wood-burning stove made of Onsernone granite from Ticino is a special highlight and lends the restaurant a cosy, fire-lit atmosphere.
