The operators of the Holy Cow restaurants want to change people’s preconceptions about fast food – and the best way to do that is with deeds rather than words. The burgers, which are created freshly and swiftly in the open kitchen, are not just delicious and varied, but are also made exclusively using Swiss ingredients. The other products in the restaurant, too, are sourced from Swiss suppliers.
One particular specialty of the house is the “Züri-Burger”, with a Zurich Honey & mustard sauce and cheese from the Zurich Oberland. But the other beef and chicken burgers are also to be recommended – from the classic kind right through to the “Yo Ginza Beef” with teriyaki sauce und wasabi mayonnaise. All of these mouth-watering burgers can be taken out or enjoyed at one of the large wooden tables.
