The Gärtnerei spoils its guests with its creative freshness –from individually selected salads to homemade soups and sandwiches, to seasonal culinary delights.
From midday onwards, there are hot, quinoa- or natural rice-based “Gardener Bowls” – prepared with freshly sautéed vegetables and served with or without meat according to guests’ individual preferences. All of the food is 100% natural, for the Gärtnerei completely dispenses with the use of artificial additives or preservatives.
