Enzian vegan food

At vegan food in Zurich’s Niederdorf quarter, guests can find vegan culinary delicacies, as well as select design items produced in Zurich.

Baked goods, freshly made every day and prepared by hand in the Enzian Foundation’s own bakery, cater for appetites of all sizes. On offer are sandwiches, fruit tarts, and sweet specialties. Changing lunch menus such as soups and salads round off the take-away selection on offer.

In the restaurant on the 1st floor, visitors can enjoy a lavish breakfast or on-trend dishes, such as “Planted Kebab” (planted stands for plant-based meat alternatives). On the top floor is a cozy work lounge, where lovers of coffee and cake come together with busy people who like to treat themselves to something tasty while they are working.
