Beware! All the ingredients look so tempting that it is easy to pack your burrito too full – and then there’s no chance of being able to eat it elegantly. Then again, that doesn’t really matter – the main thing is that it tastes delicious.

What looks like fast food and is conjured onto the plate or into the hand in no time at all is actually prepared with a great deal of loving care. The meat, for example, is gently cooked for eight hours, with the result that it simply melts in your mouth. And the guacamole does not come out of the tub, but is made every day from fresh avocados. All according to the philosophy: “slow cooked, served fast”.
