Berggasthaus Chrüzegg
The mountain restaurant is located in Wattwil at 1,265 meters (4,150 ft) above sea level and offers breathtaking views over mountains and lakes.
After an enjoyable hike on the Chrüzegg, what could be better than stopping off at the mountain restaurant. On the sun terrace, guests are treated to spectacular views of Lake Zurich, Lake Constance, and the St. Gallen, Glarus, Central Swiss, and Bernese Alps.
Hungry walkers can enjoy homemade culinary delights, and during the summer season when the cows are on the alp, the Chrüzegg produces its own cheese daily, which is sold in the restaurant. The restaurant facilities can also be rented for private events.
