Boucherie, brasserie, bistro – the AuGust unites all of these under one roof. The first restaurant on Rennweg treats its guests to international and regional meat and sausage specialties. The Widder master chef and his team marries much-loved classics with modern, creative cuisine in a rustic-chic ambiance and also reintroduces long-forgotten meat dishes onto the menu. In winter, guests can sit by the large windows and watch the hustle and bustle on the Rennweg; in the warm summer months, the terrace lures them outside.
