At the Sablier - which means “hourglass” in French – time stands still: in large rooms with individual niches, as well as on one of the largest roof terraces in Switzerland, guests have plenty of time to relax and indulge themselves.
The restaurant takes guests on a journey through the culinary diversity of France. The menu features classics interpreted in a modern way, such as Bouillabaisse and Canard à l’Orange. The open show kitchen offers French charcuterie and cold dishes prepared before guests’ eyes.
The contemporary cuisine is rounded off with exquisite wines. These are stored in two walk-in glass cubes, which are veritable treasure troves.
