In the open kitchen at the restaurant, elmira, guests watch as both plant- and meat-based 7-course menus are created at the highest level. With the innovative Chef’s Table concept, the chefs then serve and present their creations in person directly at the table. Another unique feature of this concept is that guests pay a fixed price for the meal in advance, so they do not incur any further costs during their visit.
To ensure that the seasonality and regionality of the dishes are consistently maintained, summer products are transported into the wintertime by means of preserving and fermenting.
