Raygrodski bartenders happily leave all the business with latte macchiato, “Babycchino”, and ginger tea to the others: the bar only opens in the evenings and consequently focuses on beverages that are appropriate to this time of day. The bar owners have devoted themselves above all to cocktails; they have compiled a great drinks list (with categories such as pre- and after-dinner cocktails) and succeed in giving even the much-loved classics a special Raygrodski touch – often with essences and aromas that are created by the head barman using the sous vide method.
The later the hour, the less attention guests pay to the elaborate creations in their glasses and the more they succumb to the effect of the alcohol: what was originally planned as a visit to a bar not seldom turns into a party accompanied by music selected by live DJs.
