Bächlihof Jona – the Adventure Farm by Lake Zurich
There is plenty to explore and experience outside the city, too: the Bächlihof in Rapperswil-Jona is the perfect place for a great day out with all the family.
The Bächlihof Adventure Farm is located just a few minutes’ walk from the shores of the upper part of Lake Zurich. Young adventurers can let off steam in the outdoor playground, storm a castle made of hay bales, or feed the goats in the petting zoo.
In between, visitors can fortify themselves in the farm store with coffee and cake or enjoy a tasty lunch made using seasonal produce. In addition to other regional specialties, the store also sells its own fruit.
The Bächlihof regularly hosts a variety of events. Particularly popular is the Pumpkin Exhibition, featuring amazing sculptures made from pumpkins.
