Vitaparcours in Zurich – Workout Training in the Woods

Swiss fitness enthusiasts keep in shape on so-called “Vitaparcours” – fitness parcourses or trails – by running, hopping, swinging and hanging.

The first Vitaparcours was created in 1968 in Zurich’s urban Fluntern quarter, directly next to Zurich Zoo.
