The Enzian Restaurant, which is open daily, enjoys a prime location in the heart of the “Niederdörfli”, as the locals call the part of the Old Town on the right bank of the River Limmat.
In this spacious, bright and pleasantly furnished locale, guests can tuck into Swiss traditional cuisine that has been reinterpreted in a creative way. Particular importance is attached to using regional and seasonal produce: the restaurant works closely together with the ProSpecieRara Foundation, which promotes the conservation and use of genetic diversity in flora and fauna. In addition, the Enzian uses self-grown organic vegetables.
Besides an extensive selection of breakfast options, guests are treated to varying lunch menus and a mouth-watering choice of evening meals. All the dishes can also be ordered at any time of the day to take out.
