Explorit Kindercity is the biggest edutainment center in Switzerland for families with children aged between 2 and 12 years. Edutainment is composed of the words “education” and “entertainment”. This is also the concept of Explorit (itself a combination of “explore” and “it”) Kindercity: a modern educational center for children that is similar to a science center, but with a special, child-friendly structure.
Games, fun, learning, movement, exploration, and scientific knowledge are combined and actively promoted over an area of 6,000 square meters (64,500 sq.ft.). By taking part in different activities, children experiment, observe, analyze, and interact with each other. Parents and teachers are welcome to accompany them on this journey of discovery and support their curiosity and willingness to learn. The various activities are adapted to suit different age groups.
