Arthouse Cinemas Zurich

Dotted between Bellevue and Central, Zurich has six Arthouse cinemas in the inner city that are easily reached. Each of the cinemas is in a central location, offering the chance to sit back and relax far away from the commercial activities of the city.

The cinema program is published on the Arthouse website. The "ewz-Stadtkino", a kind of art film festival, also takes place every February at the Unterwerk Selnau and the Arthouse Le Paris. Here you can expect to enjoy films with live music, on-the-spot synchronisation, breakfast, readings, DJ soundtracks, scents or perhaps even a culinary surprise.
