Survey Zürich Card – Terms and Conditions of Entry
The prize draw is open to anyone aged 18 years or over. Employees of Zürich Tourism and companies contracted by them may not take part. Only one entry per person is permitted. Zürich Tourism reserves the right to exclude any persons violating these terms and conditions from participating.
Winners will be notified by e-mail and their names may be published. No correspondence will be entered into (except for with the winners) and the judges’ decision is final. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash. The personal details required from and provided by participants must be complete and accurate. Participation is free of charge and not dependent on making a purchase. Participants consent to their data being evaluated by Zürich Tourism and used for marketing purposes. Exclusively Swiss law shall apply.
