Covering 230 square meters (2,476 sq ft) indoors, it breathes through a 4.5-meter (15 ft)-high ceiling, and leads to a 160 square meter-wide (1,722 sq ft) terrace planned by Zurich-based Annette Gigon & Mike Guyer Architects.
