On the restaurant terrace, a beautifully set table is already awaiting us. Here we are served an exquisite brunch accompanied by fantastic lake views.

Next Stop: Vacation Feeling

After the meal, the skipper welcomes us at the hotel’s own jetty. Well nourished, we board the boat. On the pleasant trip down the lake to Wollishofen, we can feel the wind in our hair and the summer sun on our skin. Overtaken by a vacation feeling, we finally reach Fischer’s Fritz. After mooring the boat, we say goodbye to our skipper and look for a shady place to spend the afternoon.

Dinner and Sunset by the Lake

Time simply flies by as we occupy ourselves with swimming in the lake, beach tennis, stand-up paddling, and relaxing on the sun loungers. Fortunately, we have already reserved a table for dinner, for we are becoming increasingly hungry. So, freshly showered, we make our way to our table, just a few feet away from the lakeshore. After an aperitif, we are treated to an almost overly-sumptuous feast, which includes fresh fish from Lake Zurich. Having eaten our fill, we admire the colorful sunset and bring the evening to a leisurely close with a glass of wine.

Conclusion

An ideal team excursion for food lovers, sun worshippers, and water sports enthusiasts. However, dessert lovers should plan wisely – unfortunately we had no room to indulge in the sweet course.
