Carlton Restaurant in a Resplendent New Look

After 16 years, the Carlton has undergone extensive renovation and is now sporting a resplendent new look. The interior, menu and wine cellar have been revamped and adapted in line with modern-day requirements.

The renowned artist and interior decorator, Günther Thöny, who was also responsible for designing the interiors at Loft Five, has transformed the restaurant into an exclusive dining room. The space is divided into various areas, offering the perfect setting for every culinary occasion. Whether for pre-meal drinks, lunch or dinner, for a cup of tea or coffee, or for an aperitif in the lounge or library – the separate and appropriately decorated areas invite guests to relax and linger.

The Carlton restaurant is suitable for hosting banquets with a maximum of 160 guests. In addition, the Locanda can be used for banquets with up to 70 people, the wine cellar for banquets, cocktail parties and wine tastings with a maximum of 50 guests, the garden terrace for banquets catering for 90 people, and the Carlton Bar for aperitifs and cocktails with up to 100 guests.
