The excitement is rising: From May 15 to 31, 2026, the 89th Ice Hockey World Championship will take place in Zurich and Fribourg. In Zurich, all games will be held in the Swiss Life Arena, Switzerland’s most modern ice hockey stadium, opened in 2022.
Games
The Group A matches featuring the Swiss national team, two quarter-final matches, the semi-final matches, and the bronze and gold medal matches will take place at the Swiss Life Arena.
