The METROPOL is one of the most important Baroque houses in Zürich and certainly one of the most beautiful buildings in Zürich. Since August 2007, a young team has been breathing new life into the lovingly refurbished and restored premises. The team presents sophisticated gastronomy, thus filling a gap in the range of cuisines on offer at the upper end of Bahnhofstrasse. The METROPOL serves international cuisine of the highest order with no bounds in terms of creativity.
