Quality is more and more becoming the decisive competitive tool in the tourist industry. Guests and customers are increasingly choosing those offers for which they have the assurance that the services provided are of good quality and worth the price asked.
The “Swiss Tourism Quality Label” programme offers businesses the opportunity to examine their services, to assure them and to optimise them purposefully. Its objective is to raise the awareness of quality in businesses, to foster collaboration between the various providers and to maintain the high level of service quality in Switzerland as a travel and holiday destination.

Awaken quality awareness with the label level I
Level I concentrates on quality development and ist particularly concerned with the quality of services.

Verify all-round quality with the label level II
Once you have achieved the label level I, you can strive for level II. The quality of the management is now focussed on.

Introduce a Quality Management System with label level III
After passing level I and Ii, companies should easily be in a position to introduce an internationally recognised Quality Management System (QMS).
