Le Terroir cultive un concept très particulier; fidèle au principe selon lequel «la proximité est un garant de fraîcheur», il ne propose que des produits locaux suisses.Cependant, le concept ne se limite pas aux ingrédients des plats proposés, il s’étend aussi aux matériaux de construction, à la tenue vestimentaire des employés et aux objets de l’aménagement intérieur.
