Castle Kyburg Museum

Kyburg Castle is perched high up above the river Töss. Kyburg is eastern Switzerland's most important feudal castle and now home to a lively, newly arranged museum. Hear tales about knights and castle maidens, the local governor and his wife, the servants and the subjects. The torture chamber, medieval kitchen, armor, weaponry and newly restored chapel frescos dating from the 15th century all offer fascinating insights into life long ago.
