The neo-Gothic Town Hall was built between 1898 and 1900 on the site of the former church of the St. Felix and St. Regula aristocratic ladies' guild ("Fraumünster"). Three late Gothic church rooms can be seen at the Swiss National Museum. Changing exhibitions on varying themes are held from time to time in the Town Hall corridors.
