Cityrama - The Great Tour of Zürich
This tour covers the Lake Zürich region. You will travel from Zürich to Rapperswil and then return on a boat to Zürich.
On an accompanied city tour, you will see the most beautiful of Zürich’s sights, including historic Limmatquai, Fraumünster Church with its famous Chagall windows, the business district and the university quarter.
After traveling along the elevated road with an impressive view of the Alps and Lake Zürich, you will continue to Rapperswil, the city of roses on Lake Zürich. You will discover the quaint Old Town of Rapperswil during a guided tour. Then, there will be time for wandering around before continuing on a 2-hour boat cruise on Lake Zürich (unaccompanied) back to Zürich-Bürkliplatz, arriving at 3:15 pm at the earliest.
During the winter months, the trip back to Zürich takes place on a modern suburban train that follows Zürich’s “Gold Coast”, a romantic lakeside route.
