Tourist Service - your own personal information center

We would be happy to provide you with tourist information and answer any questions you may have about the city and region of Zürich. Furthermore we sell tickets (ZürichCARD, Swiss Travel System tickets, single entries to Zoo Zürich, Swiss Museum Pass, event tickets of Starticket and Ticketino), provide a range of souvenirs and brochures. Our wide range of services includes booking hotels, organize guided city tours or excursions and arrange tour-guide hostesses, supporting programs and special trips (bus, tram, boat).

Hotel & Travel Services is the booking and advice service from Zürich Tourism. We would be happy to provide you with tourist information and answer any questions you may have about the city and region of Zürich, to make hotel reservations for individual customers and groups, to organize guided city tours or excursions and arrange tour-guide hostesses, supporting programs and special trips (bus, tram, boat).
