The restaurant is located in the former foundry building ”Puls 5” in the trendy Zürich-West quarter. An over one-hundred-year-old shaft furnace stands in the middle of the restaurant like an enormous sculpture. The cuisne crew indulges their guests with both well-known and unusual Swiss delicacies, which he prepares using almost exclusively indigenous ingredients.
