The Zurich Raja Yoga Center is a branch of the Brahma Kumaris World Spiritual University, which was founded in India in 1937 and is run by women. In courses, presentations and seminars we teach the theory and practice of meditation, knowledge of universal laws and fundamental inner values.

Open hours:
-Thusday, 7pm - 8pm : guided evening meditation (suitable as trial lesson or regular weekly meditation)
- Saturday, Sunday: 7pm - 8pm: meditation with a lot of silence and airy meditation music.
-Introductory courses anytime, lectures and workshops pursuant to the ongoing program.
