General Terms of Business, Tour Guide Unit   General Zürich Tourism is responsible for ensuring that assignments are dealt with promptly and smoothly. Programs may be subject to changes at short notice due to outside influences or acts of God. Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel and accident insurance. Zürich Tourism reserves the right to refuse certain assignments without stating any reasons.   Waiting time Tour guides will wait for 30 minutes maximum. Late arrivals can be notified to +41 (0)1 215 40 88 from Monday to Sunday.   Terms of cancellation 48 hours before start of tour 50% of total tour fee; less than 48 hours' notice or in the event of non-appearance 100% of total tour fee unless other terms were agreed with third parties.   Express surcharge/Rebooking For organizational reasons, all bookings made within 24 hours or less of the start of a tour are subject to a surcharge of CHF 50.-. The charge for rebookings and changes to reservations is CHF 20.-.   Terms of payment Switzerland: cash, invoice (payable within 30 days), credit card Abroad: cash, credit card   Special trips Special trips are subject to the terms of business and cancellation imposed by our partners.
