The light flooded, functional Studios and two spacious and recently refurbished apartments are located in a beautiful art nouveau building. The rooms are equipped with light coloured parquet and twin beds or queen-size beds. In every room a desk and a small table is at your disposal. The Bathrooms are sind modern and mostly have bathtubs. The kitchenette disposes of two hot plates, microwave, electric kettle and everything needed to prepare a meal. The fridge also has a freezing compartment. Cable TV with international channels and phone with personal number are included. Three washing machines and tumblers as well as irons and ironing boards are at the guest’s disposal. WLAN is available against charge.
The two apartments have recently been renovated and refurbished. The living room with its open plan kitchen offers space for up to six persons at the dining table. The lounge is equipped with a big flat screen TV. In the 2.5 room apartment, the sleeping room is equipped with a twin bed, the 3.5 room apartment additionally disposes of a queen size bedded sleeping room. The spacious bathrooms have two wash-basins and a bathtub.
Daily cleaning and monthly change of linen.
Tram stop Museum Rietberg is right in front of the house. Bahnhof Enge with its supermarkets, kiosk, restaurants, pharmacies, hairdresser, bank etc. is in three minutes walking distance.
Minimum length of stay: One week. Shorter stays on request.
